Not all coffee beans can handle the heat. But this \Organic Honduras Marcala SHB is an extremely dense bean that can be roasted until it's black and smoke is pouring into the street. No joke... in the early Booskerdoo days, concerned neighbors called the fire department twice while we were roasting this one.
This is an extremely smoky cup with a buttery body and lots of karate chop. This is a cult favorite. For some, it’s the only cup of coffee they will drink.
